Review of Sweet Corn Elote Bowl - Purple Carrot by mynameislisa

This is the first time I've tried any Purple Carrot products and it was a pleasant surprise. There is so much texture and flavor and I enjoyed it more with every bite. This would be a great side dish for two or three people or even used as filler in a burrito or wrap. I didn't add anything to it, not even salt, and it was still delicious.
