Review of Pad Khi Mao at Thai Peacock Restaurant by knorthway

It’s easy to taste quality ingredients in Thai Peacock’s dishes. 🦚 Their wide rice noodles are perfect and don’t stick together, and all of their veggies are cooked to the right consistency. My only suggestion is that they use a lined cardboard packaging, or something that is more eco friendly than the plastic take-out boxes they use. This dish comes with mushrooms, tomatoes, red bell peppers, cabbage & onion. It does have to be slightly modified by asking for no egg. They offer tofu but I opted for more veggies instead.
