Review of Mandu Vegetables & Japchae Dumplings - Bibigo by waisum
These are some pretty chonky mandu stuffed with japchae (stir fried glass noodles and 9 types of veggies but who’s counting lol). The dumpling skin is of the right thickness and doesn’t break apart easily when frying or steaming. Prefer them fried as the filling turned out kinda mushy after steaming, but maybe I left them in the steamer for too long ⏳
