Review of Pizza Rosa / Pizza Arancione at Wolke by tizianavegana

I recently saw this beautiful new place just open close to home, and I couldn’t resist ordering after noticing they had several vegan options that looked quite creative and interesting! The sourdough pie was delicious and had a great Neapolitan-style texture to it, and the toppings (beetroot sauce, cheese, figs pine nuts and ‘Gorgonzola’ in one, pumpkin sauce, cheese, grilled zucchini+aubergines, yellow cherry tomatoes, rucola and pistachio crumble in the other) were quite tasty - I just wish there was a bit more of them, also because the crust was fairly large on both pizzas.
The pizzas are rather on the smaller end, which I don’t necessarily mind but considering the price that might be somewhat disappointing.
Other than that, really nice fancy pizza for those ‘special occasions’.
I hope they will switch to fully vegan and add more ‘classic base’ (tomato + veg mozzarella) options! 💪🏻🌱 #vegan #veganpizza #veganfood #veganisnotscary #veganlove
