So I have trust issues with While foods with past experience and really hope the mock version was in this container, as in the deli case it sits next to the actual version. The mock chicken salad tasted great (not the healthiest option though) and topped on one of the vegan bakery croissants or on saltine crackers made for a super happy lunch! Using their ingredients list I just make it at home now, which is cheaper as well as I know what it contains. #veganisnotscary
