I’ve recently rediscovered the humble stir-fry and I’m loving it! These are really healthy wholewheat noodles scoring 90/100 (excellent) on Yuka. You have to actively separate them when they’re cooking or they don’t soften properly, but once you get used to cooking them, they’re great. I read that we should aim to eat 30 different fruits and vegetables each week (for a diverse microbiome) and I usually fit 5 or 6 in my stir-fries, so ultra healthy and delicious too! 😊😋
