A helpful meal starter for such a low price!! Tempeh is very versatile and has a tasty nutty flavor plus it’s loaded with protein!! 

I’ve seen interesting recipes call for tempeh in vegan BLTs and more. Today I used Trader Joe’s tempeh to make mushrooms and tempeh in a creamy cashew sauce. Was delicious, definitely recommend picking it up from the refrigerator aisles.
