Review of Seitan con verdure - Céréal Bio by irene80

Pensavo fosse il classico seitan, magari aromatizzato, invece è una sorta di burger di seitan tritato, con aggiunta di spezie e verdure, di forma quadrata. Comunque il gusto non è male, è abbastanza saporito.

I thought it was the classic seitan, perhaps flavored, instead it is a sort of chopped seitan burger, with the addition of spices and vegetables, square in shape. However the taste is not bad, it is quite tasty.
