Review of Silken Tofu - Tung Lam by tabs
Just very soft tofu, also labelled as silken tofu. It’s the tofu that doesn’t have much taste on its own (sometimes almost bitter? 🤔) and flavourings just coat the outside but doesn’t seep in.
Normally, my household just uses it to make Asian dishes like the 2nd pic where we have chunks of tofu with minced mushroom oyster sauce. But I think it would work perfectly for those recipes where you need a blended tofu base!! Super soft~
