This tofu burgers is one of the best replacements for beef burgers because soybeans contain all 9 essential amino acids, same as meat, yes… same as meat. Flavor is great, don’t taste as tofu at all. #veganisntscary

helloitsme Cool! I do make tofu crumble at home, usually with some minced mushroom or eggplant to give chewy texture. This would be a nice fallback for those “sick of cooking” days.🙄😄1 likeReply
