Vegan croissant filled with citrus cream. I've appreciated the fact that it was artisanally made without the use of palm oil, hydrogenated fats and refined flours. Good and fresh cream inside and outside, unfortunately the dough was not very soft inside. Good price for an organic product. #rifugiomiletta
