Review of Madras Curry Indian Simmer Sauce - Maya Kaimal by hereforareason
This may now be one of my favorite curries! (I’ll probably have another favorite in a week. Curry’s always a good time.) So tasty and creamy, thanks to the coconut cream. That also means it’s high in saturated fat (heads-up in case you’re worried about cholesterol)—sodium too. It says spicy, but I found that it was perfect, even with my own homegrown chilies added!
