Review of Plant-based Chorizo - Simple Truth by hhw

The texture is more like Beyond Meat's hot Italian sausage than Trader Joe's chorizo (TJ's crumbles nicely). The flavor is great and smells like pepperoni while cooking, I used it with peppers and onions and it was perfect.
