$16.85++! omg vegan tonkotsu🥺🥺 this was so good!! the broth was extremely rich and creamy. I absolutely loved the porcini oil that added an extra umami oomph! ordered the noodles to be very hard and it was just right HAHAHA soup to noodle ratio is just right if you don’t want to slurp on soup at the end (but I wanted to and there was no more soup!) chashu was alright, kinda tasted like normal Chinese mock meat to me tbh, with a similar texture as well. didnt replicate the same shreddy and meaty texture or smoky flavour of actual chashu but it was alright I suppose
