Review of Veggie kabobs - Trader Joe's by compassionatekisses

Got these for a camping trip and they made for an excellent meal over rice with some curry sauce. The only thing is they didn’t keep fresh very long. We cooked them 2 days after buying and many of the veggies were slimy already. Eat right away.
