Maybe I should have tried it on pasta or put a dollop in my coffee as they recommend - to use instead of cream. But frankly when I tried a tiny piece on a cracker I worried about ruining my pasta or coffee. It's just so tasteless and even a bit sour in an off sort of way #greyton
