I finally tried the beyond burger patties 🍔 You open the package: meaty smell 👃. You fry them up in a pan: they bleed like beef 🥩, smell like beef 🐮 BUT they’re cruelty-free. You put the patty in between burger buns: It tastes like meat. You make sure to check the label again, to make sure that it really is vegan 🌱 This is the best meat alternative I’ve tried so far! #impactfulapril #beyondmeat

david- Thanks ha. I have a Nicer-Dicer that cuts thin fries. I then deep-fried them twice (very important with homemade fries I found). After the second fry, I put garlic salt and some parsley flakes on top, gave it a good toss and done it was :D17 likesReply
david- Oh! And wash/soak them in cold water and pat dry before the first round. This removes some starch from the potatoes and makes for crispier fries in the end :)8 likesReply

elej91 I have a pack of beyond burger sitting in my freezer right now. Will make it when I get the burger buns for them. And chips, good chips, sounds wonderful. But never really deep fried anything at home because of the clean-up, usually just head out and have chips outside.4 likesReply
david- My parents have a deep fryer outside on the patio so I made use of that - no need to clean, since no mess is created ha. Enjoy the burgers (maybe start a Sunday project and make some buns yourself even? :D)4 likesReply
