Review of Mushroom and Turmeric “Risotto” at Real Food Penang Vegetarian Restaurant by dafnelately

This “Risotto” (not sure why the quote marks 😂) passed the texture test, with many places unfortunately fixing you up for a denture appointment. Per the menu, this dish is prepared with “mushrooms, capsicum, corn kernels, coriander, and brown rice simmered in a kombu broth with soy milk and turmeric”. As is, this dish is #glutenfree but you also have the option to opt out of garlics & onions. I can highly recommend this dish, too amazing 🤩 #abillionwomen #roomtoread
