Crosby’s: The 140 year old company/ importer of inverted purified non-GMO, non-sulfured “fancy” molasses from the Madre Tierra sugar milk in Santa Lucia, Guatemala. That’s staying power!! They must eat their own product!
This is a rich, palatable molasses. Definitely perfect for ginger (chocolate chip) cookies!!
