Some kimchis have fish in them, but with Live's products you don't have to worry about that since it's a raw vegan brand in Toronto.

I prefer this with something since it is quite salty and vinegary in taste. It would be great in a Korean style sandwich, rice, tofu, and veganized Korean homemade dishes. I have even seen that some people put it on pizza or pasta. Lots of ways to incorporate this product in different meals which makes it fun.

It provides some healthy bacteria and is good for your gut.
