Makes a delicious lunch or dinner, full of bold, deep flavour. Just add the included stock cubes and jarred ingredients to a pot of boiling water, plus a can of coconut milk (a vegan pantry staple, am I right?!). Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until lentils are tender. Mmmmm!
