Taste exactly like whole wheat pasta. The texture is perfect! Used this as a main dish for my brother and his gf for a dinner and got nothing but compliments 10/10
Fun fact: Chickpeas are an agricultural wonder. Not only do chickpeas produce a valuable crop but at the same time they also provide a natural organic method of breaking the disease cycle in wheat and barley crops
