The wedding cookies I enjoyed in my pre-vegan years were coated in powdered sugar, so I thought these cookies looked naked at first without the white coating. But I love the tiny size and crunchy texture. They melt in your mouth and the rich, expensive-feeling sensation they leave behind reminds me of good shortbread, a decadent little treat.
Every product I've tried from this brand has impressed me. These cookies would be great on a cheese board as a sweet option or used as a garnish for vanilla ice cream.

mynameislisa I'm not sure, probably a traditional item for weddings in Mexico. I also bought a bag of a chocolate ones.. I tried to hide those on the top shelf of the pantry. We'll see if that works.1 likeReply
