I haven't been able to find vegan mince pies that don't cost an arm and a leg so I decided to whip up a batch.
Safari has made it so easy with their delicious, suet-free fruit mince which I tweeked a bit by adding some grated apple and a generous shot of rum.
No reason to deprive vegan Santa of snacks this year 😉
