i love this product. it is a heating balm with arnica that r.e.a.l.l.y. heats up. 🥵 i like to use it before bed whenever my shoulder and neck feel tight from computer work or if my muscles are a little sore after working out. smells nit that bad either. great product! love to have this at home.
