Tofu mit Bärlauch
(White Tofu with Wild Garlic)
This is white tofu with wild garlic, marinated with herbs.
I know it doesn't look particularly exciting from the way it is in that box there, but it taste well ☺ !
I prepared scrambled (without kalamak salt) tofu from. I crumpled the tofu and sautéed it with red onions in a pan. I added some tomatoes and spring onions, and only seasoned them with a little garlic salt.
I like to eat it on slices of bread (and sprinkled a bit ketchup over it).
Bought: Germany, "Rewe" supermarket, 2,19 €
