Eggs Benedict was always my favourite dish before going vegan, and it still is thanks to Evviva’s delicious vegan version (egg by Doug McNish). The vegan sunny side-up egg tastes just like the real thing. Having it on top of a warm English muffin with vegan hollandaise sauce, sautéed potatoes, and cornmeal tomato, and you have a fantastic, filling comfort meal. #poland #warsaw #weganskie #warsawa

stephaniebraganza @svraphael88 apparently Doug travels the world to veganize menus! When I was here, I asked about Doug and they said he was in New Zealand helping out another restaurant! He isn’t working here, he just helped them create the menu and food 🤩Reply
