mrose04 @r3ddrag0n You bring the amaranth and water to a boil in a pot (I like to add cinnamon and vanilla at this point as well) Once it is boing, you cover the pot and reduce to a simmer until the amaranth has absorbed all of the water. Then you can add whatever toppings you'd likeReply
