Dill Havarti-homage

Before I went vegan 30 years ago Havarti was my absolutely favourite cheese. This Toronto-made vegan product is the closest to Havarti that I have ever tried! Creamy and delicious!

Pretty bland, not really much dill flavour at all. Soft, can be spread or eaten in a chunk.
