Not great if I'm honest. I'd been hoping for popcorn chicken-like texture, but what I got was basically stringy mock meat that I had to work hard to fry to a crisp without burning.

I was in a hurry, I just put it in the air fryer, I didn't do any prep. I found it a bit bland, with no definite taste. Maybe it gets more interesting in a specific preparation or with dips.
