Glad that Vegan-friendly kimchi is becoming more accessible in the uk. I thoroughly enjoyed this. 
Vadasz does loads of good fermented veggies and pickles. I think all their products are vegan-friendly, best double check.

Good vegan kimchi is so hard to find. This one is one of the best I have tried so far. I know kimchi is not for everyone.

It is low in calories, rich in fibre and has plenty of good bugs to help your gut. You can have it on its own or add it to anything basically. Got it for £3.56 after discount. This will be a regular in my shopping list.
