I go through phases with oats and haven’t had any in quite some time. I saw these at Trader Joe’s and thought it would be a nice break from the norm.
They did not look very appealing when I opened the package; liquid has looked on one side on top. A quick mix fixed this and they were good to go. They were a little gloopy, but not really much more than one would expect from overnight oats.
I really like the flavor! The oats and pumpkin purée are seasoned very well. I like a lot of spice in my pumpkin pie and these were flavorful.
The oats are naturally sweetened with dates. I love dates and feel like paired with the pumpkin there’s not a necessity to add sweetener but if you have a big sweet tooth or a craving it would pair lovely with some maple syrup or sweetened vanilla yogurt.
The ingredients are wholesome and simple:
Water, pumpkin purée, date paste, rolled oats, almond butter, cinnamon, sea salt, nutmeg
After eating I realized the package is not recyclable in my area, so I probably would opt for making my own version in the future but this is a great option for those with mobility or time constraints.

Absolutely amazing, so happy I stumbled upon this while doing my Trader Joe’s run! Can’t wait to go back and get more. I usually meal prep overnight oats, but without a kitchen this week these come in handy!

Maybe if I was an overnight oats aficionado I would have more to add here. It was ok. More on the sweet side but still pretty tasty. Not sure I love the gooey substance of overnight oats in general.
