Jungle Oats

Being a mum of 3 vegan kids all under the age of 8, it is vital for me to ensure their breakfast is packed with loads of Vitamins and fiber. What other way to do that than partnering with brands that are so yummy and allow creativity to flow.

Okay, so it’s not organic and it’s got a higher glycemic index than the most artisanal oats, but it’s cheap and delicious, especially with fruit, nuts and seeds. Iconic. #greyton

These oats are not gluten free. They work well for baking. But unfortunately, too many times my partner and I have felt sick after eating boiled Jungle oats. The gluten adds a floppy thick texture which doesn't go down well. Wish this classic, cheap breakfast cereal was better!

A fast cooking oats that now has some more flavour to it than the plain one.
It's a mix between the oatso easy and instant cooking oats and so good to get you going on any day.
