Finally, a floss not made from silk that actually works! Usually, my teeth are too sharp (a comment I get from my dental hygienist) and shred any attempts to floss. Compostable floss brands are designed to break down in warm, wet environments...like the inside of a mouth, making them worthless. The doubled strands of this Humble Co. floss pick are strong; I've been using them for weeks and have never broken even one of the two strands per pick. I don't taste any of the claimed mint flavor, but I suppose when flossing, your tongue shouldn't be getting involved. Acknowledging that sometimes for medical stuff you have to use single use plastics, I'm giving this product a pass as something that actually works for me without directly causing harm to animals like boiling silkworms does.
