I got this mostly for making cakes and other baked stuff. I usually put flax seeds, but decided to try this one. I'm actually happy with it, it worked great - I made a zucchini roll filled with vegan cream cheese and it turned out great, very stable 👌 #veganin2022 #veganinbulgaria #veganegg

Preparato in polvere per creare sostituito dell’uovo, perfetto per fare la carbonara vegan. Grazie ad un tipo di sale si riproduce il sapore dell’uovo.

Lho usato per fare la carbonara, all'inizio mi sembrava restasse troppo liquido ma poi con il calore si è addensato e ha creato una salsina ottima! Super promosso
