Korean Kimchi Mandu

These are a bit on the pricy side but are just absolutely delicous and very filling. They are larger than your average frozen dumpling and contain plant based meat with a kimchi flavour. My meat eating husband loves these over the meat dumplings he usually gets.

I love eating this with braised bok choy and a dipping sauce made of homemade chilli crisp, black vinegar, soy sauce & water. Highly recommend!

I found these at one of the Asian grocery stores in Selly Oak. It’s a student area so a great place to find Asian goodies.
These dumplings were delicious. Nice kimchi flavor in a soft dumpling. A perfect freezer staple to keep for one of those lazy afternoons or evenings. Mmm!
