Love this tofu! I just used it to make a vegan bahn mi. I recommend
"pressing" the tofu (leaving it sit with paper towels and a weighted object on top). It's often better once some moisture has been removed!

This has a great texture and consistency. It can be baked, fried, or used in
a tofu salad. It tastes great with some added herbs and spices or in a marinade.

I’m a fan of extra firm #tofu. I’ve found most brands I’ve tried to be
similar. They all have a fairly nondescript taste which allows us to add our own flavors and this Extra Firm #Organic Tofu from Sprouts is no exception. It’s great as a side, in salads, and as tofu “eggs” whether scrambled or fried. So versatile! And it’s a great vegan protein source. I also love that most brands are usually just $2-3 per package. #abillion #veganin2021

Tried out Sprouts Tofu and sadly I wasn’t impressed with the flavor of there tofu
at all . Not to mention the other thing I personally disliked was how it held up when I was cooking it . I prefer to grill my tofu and or bake it and it just broke consistently. If you like your tofu like described above I wouldn’t go with this brand .
