The taste is really good.
The protein amount is decent, 17g for 100gr of product!

Good meat alternative, it caramelize like the real deal, and the texture is quite similar. Can't say the same for color, smell and taste. The color is too pink, the smell (once cooked) is a bit strange (like all the fake meat I'd say) and the taste is good but is just not there yet.

I really liked this mince! It reminded me of Beyond Meat mince - and it freezes very well too. I’ve already bought another pack :)
