Der Drink schmeckt angenehm leicht. Er ist nicht zu süß und hat keinen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack.
Er passt auch wunderbar um Kaffee

Ich kaufe mir diese Hafer Milch wirklich gerne weil sie zum einen sehr lecker schmeckt und zum anderen wenn man mit jedem Kauf etwas Gutes tut was gibt es besseres￼

The problem with oat milk is that most of the nutrients are in the hull, which is not usually used for oat milk (just like porridge, tender oatmeal), the rest is water. Nutrients like calcium etc are often added.
ps: just like juices, that's just sugar water - the vitamins are "disposed of" by eliminating the pulp and concentration, in multivitamin juices everything is added 🧐

I know but there are other oat mylks which have at least a little protein in them (Oatly has 1 % for example, I know it's not a lot and not as good as soy mylk for example, but still better than 0 %). And juices aren't healthy anyway. If you go by what whole food vegan nutritionists and doctors like Dr. Greger or Hench Herbivore say, everything but whole foods is unhealthy. I'm obviously not a whole foods vegan or health advocate, just wanted to point out that this mylk is not only taste-wise, but also nutrition-wise not the best choice you can make.

Organic oat mylk from Share which donates one day of drinking water for a person in need per carton bought. That's about the only good thing I can say about it though, the taste is horrible and in my opinion it's undrinkable pure or in cereals etc. and can only be used for cooking or baking. Bad nutritional value too with 0 % protein. Plant-based packaging (85 %). Price 1,89 €.

Die Hafermilch schmeckt ganz gut. Ich drinke sie lieber pur, weil diese mir im Kaffee zu wenig Süße und Eigengeschmack mitbringt. Aber insgesamt sehr gut. #veganin2020

A nice tasting oat milk, but I try to avoid buying the ones containing oil. I basically tried this one only out of curiosity and because it was on sale, but I don't think I'd do it again.
