Tofu Firm

This is not my typical Tofu, and I had some issues with pressing it as I was camping with limited options. It was crumbling a bit more then my usual tofu while flipping it over on the BBQ. Taste was great, however I prefer a firmer tofu, and I think would have worked out better for me had I been able to press it properly #blackgoat

I loved what I made with this pack of Firm Rooster Brand Tofu! Marinated in a simple maple soy marinade, Rooster Tofu was the perfect healthy addition to a delicious salad!

Used this firm tofu to make a delicious salad. I love how soft it is compared to extra firm tofu.

My only complaint about this product is that the "firm" tofu is super soft. I can just squish it with my hands. Perfect for tofu scramble I guess!

I don’t really like firm tofu I prefer extra firm tofu but it’s taste fine.
