Our pal has kept up with the sourdough quarantine craze and that's working out well for us... fresh sourdough! He uses Robin Hood - which is hard to review because it's just flour, but it makes damn good bread 🍞

This was a really fun flour to make seitan with if you aren’t making seitan I highly recommend you start

This made for delicious ravioli! Hard to get it thin but the dough held together well. This was a challenge to make so not sure how often I would make it but it was delicious!

I love this gluten free flour for making breads and pie crusts. My 2 issues with it is that it's a fairly small bag can't find any larger and its way pricier than the gluten flours. Ppl shouldn't have to pay more for less amount just to accomodate their health issues.
