Nice tofu for everyday use. Not too firm, but has a nice sponginess that lets
it soak flavors nicely.

slight flavour of its own. So I wouldn't eat it pure and unprocessed. But it is good as an ingredient in miso soup or for preparing vegan scrambled eggs. The price-performance ratio is convincing.
