The protein is very tasteful and it is made from a blend of proteins (soy, pea, rice, etc)
The nutritional value is also good, 25g of protein per spoon

He comprado varios productos de esta marca, me parece que está bastante bien de precio. Ahora estoy tomando los batidos sabor galletas con nata, me recuerda a las galletas Artiach de toda la vida que eran como de barquillos rellenos de crema de nata que le encantaban a mi abuelo cuando era pequeña. Está bueno, pero prefiero el de fresa por ejemplo.
El de chocolate con menta tampoco está mal.
En cualquier caso me parece que están mucho más ricos mezclados con bebida vegetal, con agua no me convencen tanto, pero nutricionalmente están bien.

My 100th post! Yay to donations!
At first I did not enjoy this protein powder as I found it didn't blend as well as others but after having it regularly I actually like it a lot now 😂 this is the chocolate peanut cookie flavour. 26g of protein is amazing too!
For my post workout smoothie I like to use a banana, frozen mixed berries, oat milk, chia & flax seeds and then the powder last (otherwise it will stick to the bottom). #veganuary #veganprotein

Great protien powder, have it in my porridge every morning doesn't combine the best compared to others I've tried but has a nice flavour (choc peanut cookie- although it mostly just tastes of chocolate)
