Organic ingredients, good source of protein. Directions say to soak in water for three minutes making it quick and easy to use. We added it into sauce for lasagna and it really amplified the dish. We love it in our house hold!

This is really good and easy to make, easy to store in dry storage. Great on pizza, salad or tacos, nice spice flavor
