Flax seed powder is such a great source of omega 3. I add it to my oats or smoothie every day. The Nature's Choice one is good except a bit of a rip-off compared to other brands.

I generally grind my own flax seeds but I'm trying to respect the "no dry grinding" of my blender these days. This is nice and fine and makes "flax egg" really easy and quick. It also lasts a very long time.
