This conditioner is very nice and doesn’t make my hair feel weighed down after I use it. I’ve used it about 4x after I use the shampoo. It has a nice scent, very clean smelling, not perfumy at all.
Try it with the shampoo if you have that crappy hard water. May the force be with you in the struggle
