Great authentic tasting Thai curry paste. Great if you like spicy, although use less if like less spicy. Made with whole food ingredients but quite salty so use more as a seasoning and sparingly. Perfect ingredient to elevate any Thai dish or spicy for that matter!

This is a solid red curry paste; you don’t need to use very much. It has a nice, pretty well balanced flavor. It’s super economical, so will last quite a while. I add coconut sugar to my curry, and it gives it a nice sweetness.

Easy to use, and very versatile. Great in soups and stir fry’s.
