Butter Beans in Brine

Like the size of the Koo brand of butter beans , also like that it doesn’t pull apart from the skin when it’s slowly cooked in stews or soups

so convenient to have in the pantry, can add to so many dishes 👌💚 

Canned foods are obviously too salty and not the best option, but I was in a hurry so did bean salad with canned butter beans, fresh green beans, onion and cucumber; potato salad; garlic roll and Fry's boerewors, for a carby comfort food dinner. #carbivore
