Great deal on this brand of hemp seeds at my local supermarket. I think the bag was about $8 and it’s lasted me almost six months! I eat hemp seeds almost everyday, just sprinkle it on pasta or curry or in smoothies/ salads. I also found a recipe to make vegan ranch dressing out of hemp seeds, and it was delicious! I keep the bag in the fridge so it stays fresh.

These hulled hemp seeds/hearts are a great addition to the vegan diet. They have a mild nutty flavor and are packed with protein and omega fatty acids.
