Hakka Lei Cha

Tried using this Hakka Lei cha to make broth and go with many vegetables ingredients with a bowl of white brown rice! Hahaha! So yummy 😋

So happy I can now make my own Lei cha with this instant pack of Lei cha soup!

It’s quite novel to powderise lei cha but the taste fell kinda short, and it made for a slightly gritty texture as well 🥲 #veganisnotscary
